When your Chapter has selected new members, please
login to add the member names to our system. You may login
by clicking on the "Chapter Login" at the top of any web page. Please accept our
certificate. Our system is encrypted and secure.
You may also fill out the Certificate Order Form (which is available in
PDF
or MS Word formats)
and submit it to the National Office. If the names are submitted on this form by
mail or fax and we have to retype names, add a $15 Service Fee to the total amount
submitted.
